Creative Advertising Specialist for eCommerce Brands

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Advertising Specialist to develop high‑performing ad creatives for eCommerce brands targeting the U.S. market. The role combines copywriting, data‑driven optimisation and close collaboration with paid media teams to deliver fast, results‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Write compelling hooks and creative briefs for paid social and search ads.
• Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to refine messaging and creative direction.
• Partner with media teams on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok to accelerate ad production.
• Maintain a performance‑driven workflow to ship better ads faster.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and optimising ad creatives for U.S. eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of U.S. consumer behaviour and direct‑response marketing.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into creative improvements.
• Detail‑oriented, creative thinker with strong communication skills.
