Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, working 100% remotely. You will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring smooth journeys across multiple time zones and regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often collaborating with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document, update and propose enhancements to travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
