Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring smooth journeys across multiple time zones and regulatory environments. Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often working with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• At least 4 years of overall travel planning experience.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
