About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, working remotely to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will leverage your knowledge of travel regulations, visas, and cultural nuances to create seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and related services according to budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, often collaborating with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient English communication skills.
