About the role

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will lead the development of strategic relationships with companies and professional organisations to promote Keiser University’s graduate programmes for working professionals. This role combines business development, B2B engagement and partnership management to drive enrollment growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with corporations, institutions and professional organisations.
  • Promote graduate programmes to corporate partners and their employees through presentations and meetings with HR leaders and executives.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and establish corporate agreements and educational partnerships.
  • Coordinate corporate events, information sessions and outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Graduate Admissions and Marketing to support enrollment initiatives and monitor referrals, applications and enrollments against targets.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development, corporate relations, B2B account management or partnership development.
  • Proven ability to develop corporate accounts and build relationships with senior decision‑makers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
  • Goal‑oriented with a track record of achieving measurable business results.
  • Fluent English; Spanish language skills preferred.
