About the role

We are seeking a Coordinator of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment to support operational management in an industrial site. The role ensures compliance with EHS legal requirements, implements measures to reduce safety risks and prevents environmental damage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections across all areas and departments to identify safety and environmental findings.
• Support verification of safety measures for high‑risk tasks such as work at heights, cutting and welding, and confined spaces, and perform comprehensive EHS inspections.
• Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits (ISO‑14001, ISO‑45001), as well as government or client audits.
• Plan and execute health, safety and environmental campaigns.
• Manage the release procedure for chemicals used on‑site, including training and usage monitoring.
• Coordinate the medical service department: medical consultations, health and hygiene campaigns, INSS investigations, annual exams, ergonomic studies, staff coordination, medication and supplies, health diagnostics, KPI reporting, and scheduling of medical activities to meet production needs.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineer, Environmental Engineer or related degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar EHS role.
• Strong knowledge of legal EHS requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO‑14001 and ISO‑45001 standards.
• Experience managing EHS brigades and committees.
• Ability to analyze causes and investigate accidents.
• Intermediate level of English.
