About the role

PWC is seeking a senior‑level consultant to join its Advisory team in Managua. In this role you will support clients with financial strategy, planning and performance optimisation, helping them make informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data, budgets and forecasts to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Provide risk‑management insights and recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams.
• Interpret data to produce actionable insights and clear recommendations.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience in financial advisory or strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex concepts.
• Proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and capable of influencing stakeholders.
