Community Relations Manager

About the role

Contollo Consulting is seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead the growth and engagement of its founder community. The role focuses on building relationships with entrepreneurs, coordinating events, and fostering partnerships that keep the community active and connected.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders and entrepreneurs, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Drive community engagement before and after events, interviews, and other activities.
• Organize founder‑focused events, activations, and community activities, handling logistics, calendars, and participant communication.
• Collaborate with coworking spaces, accelerators, incubators, conferences and other ecosystem partners to create joint initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of members, partners, events and interactions in a CRM system.
• Track engagement metrics, identify referral and collaboration opportunities, and keep internal teams informed of community activity.

• Outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of meeting new people.
• Passionate about building communities and nurturing relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and strong follow‑through.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable interacting with founders, executives and community leaders.
• Proficient with email, phone, LinkedIn and other communication platforms.
