Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager to strengthen our digital presence and engage with prospective students, current students, alumni, and the broader community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms and online communities.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Develop and manage the social media content calendar.
• Support marketing and student recruitment campaigns.
• Cover university events and campus activities.
• Monitor engagement, trends, and social media performance.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Student Life.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience managing social media and creating digital content.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
• Creative, organized, and results‑oriented.
• Higher education or education marketing experience is a plus.
