Commercial Executive

About the role

The Commercial Executive is a full‑time, onsite position based in Managua. You will manage client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and help design customized logistics and supply‑chain solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and quotations for prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up leads, nurture active accounts, and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of commercial activities and monitor market trends.
• Contribute to sales targets and revenue growth through proactive outreach.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and issues.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and business‑development skills, with experience in sales or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage accounts, pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present solutions clearly.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Managua and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Experience in logistics, supply‑chain or international trade is a plus.
• Relevant education in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or a related field is preferred.
