Client Onboarding Specialist (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

Fiesta Health is looking for a friendly, dependable voice to guide families from referral through enrollment. This phone‑first position ensures a smooth, stress‑free start to care by answering questions, gathering information, and coordinating appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, guiding them by phone through every onboarding step.
• Conduct proactive outreach and follow‑up calls to collect required information, insurance details, and documentation.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, and reschedule as needed.
• Identify and resolve barriers such as insurance transitions, transportation challenges, or missing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of all family interactions in company systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in phone‑based outreach, intake, scheduling, or client onboarding, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with an empathetic, family‑first approach.
• Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of outreach and follow‑ups.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office setup.
