Case Manager Assistant (Remote)

About the role

HireHawk is looking for a remote Case Manager Assistant to support a U.S. personal injury law firm. The role combines records‑clerk duties with daily administrative assistance for assigned case managers, ensuring pre‑litigation cases progress smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Request and obtain medical records, bills, police reports, photographs, insurance documents, and other supporting evidence.
• Follow up consistently with hospitals, providers, employers and government agencies to keep outstanding requests moving.
• Upload and accurately label documents in Litify, maintaining organized case files.
• Provide timely updates and administrative support to case managers, tracking treatment updates and client communications.
• Identify documentation gaps, assist with demand preparation, and ensure all information is current throughout the pre‑litigation process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm handling medical records and bills.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional communication with clients and providers.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Reliable internet, dedicated remote workspace and ability to protect client confidentiality.
