About the role

We are looking for a Cashier (Cajero/a) to join the San Marcos branch of Banco Lafise. The role focuses on handling cash transactions, ensuring the safe receipt and delivery of funds, and providing high‑quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals and other cash operations accurately.
• Maintain custody of cash drawers and ensure proper balancing at shift end.
• Verify the authenticity of banknotes and coins.
• Deliver excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow internal security and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year university student in economics, finance or a related field.
• Strong passion for customer service and clear communication skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
