About the role

We are seeking a Bank Teller to join our branch team in Managua. The teller will ensure the effectiveness of cash operations while providing high‑quality service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, delivery and custody of cash and other funds.
• Perform daily cash‑handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries, deposits, withdrawals and other banking services.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and security procedures.
• Support branch staff in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Graduate or university student in the final years of an economics‑related program.
• Strong passion for customer service and clear communication.
• Result‑oriented mindset with attention to quality.
