Business Concierge Associate

About the role

Remitly is seeking a Business Concierge Associate to act as the primary liaison for its business clientele in the Philippines and Nicaragua. This high‑impact position blends customer experience, risk management, and operational excellence to deliver a premium, white‑glove service to sophisticated business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact and subject‑matter expert for business customers, managing a portfolio of high‑complexity escalations across service, partner, risk, engineering, and compliance issues.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate high‑risk transactions, overseeing the full lifecycle of risk reviews, disbursement failures, declined transactions, and stale transactions.
• Analyze recurring trends and systemic risks, providing data‑driven recommendations to eliminate partner processing errors and improve the overall business customer experience.
• Guide business customers and charitable institutions through onboarding (KYB) and transaction completion, ensuring precision, compliance, and a premium experience at every touchpoint.
• Deliver real‑time transaction updates through an enhanced business engagement framework, reducing uncertainty for customers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to exercise independent judgment on complex risk and operational issues.
• Excellent communication skills to advocate for business customers across multiple internal teams.
• Experience navigating partner ecosystems, financial risk frameworks, engineering pipelines, and compliance requirements.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of synthesizing large data sets into actionable insights.
