About the role
MDB Capital, a U.S.-based investment firm, is expanding its operations in Managua, Nicaragua, and is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Brokerage Operations Associate to join the team.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily sales and trading operations
- Assemble and review position, balance, and exception reports
- Reconcile trades and review trade details
- Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance
- Address basic client inquiries and account‑related issues
- Maintain accurate records of trades and money movement
- Support compliance and regulatory processes
- Compile and present daily financial and trading reports
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Operations, Account Management, or Financial Administration (preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and organized
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑driven mindset
