Bilingual Over-the-Phone Interpreter (English‑Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated bilingual interpreter to join our client’s team. In this remote position you will provide consecutive, bidirectional interpretation between English and Spanish speakers, laying a solid foundation for future growth into Video Remote Interpretation (VRI).

Key responsibilities

• Provide consecutive interpretation services (English ⇄ Spanish).
• Accurately convey meaning, tone, intent, and context.
• Maintain professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality.
• Adhere to applicable ethics and standards.

Required profile

• Bilingual English‑Spanish proficiency (B2/C1 level).
• Access to a tablet or computer.
• Stable, high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
