Bilingual Intake Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective personal‑injury clients. You will manage inbound leads, gather case details, and convert qualified prospects into signed clients while delivering a professional and empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and leads in both English and Spanish, creating a reassuring first impression.
• Ask structured questions to collect accurate accident, injury, treatment, and case information.
• Evaluate prospects against intake criteria and identify qualified case opportunities.
• Explain the firm’s intake process and next steps without providing legal advice.
• Convert qualified leads into signed clients and complete all required intake documentation.
• Maintain organized intake records, track conversion activity, and coordinate handoff to the legal team.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English (and Spanish).
• Proven success in inbound or consultative sales, call‑center environments, or similar high‑volume phone conversion roles.
• Strong persuasion, rapport‑building, questioning and active‑listening abilities.
• Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and measurable results.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 a.m.‑6 p.m. Pacific Time with a professional home‑office setup.

Required skills

• Familiarity with legal intake software and case‑management systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms and electronic document‑signing tools.
