Backoffice Representative – Customer Service

About the role

ibex is looking for a Backoffice Representative to join its customer service team. You will handle a mix of back‑office, email, chat and voice interactions, ensuring customers receive accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers across multiple channels.
• Resolve calls and inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards.
• Perform back‑office tasks when the queue permits, including email and chat support.
• Meet or exceed company performance goals and quotas.
• Adhere to ibex Nicaragua policies and work standards.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with clear, polite communication.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to handle irate customers professionally.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and emotional intelligence.
• Professional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 90 % accuracy.
• Proficiency navigating the internet, email platforms and instant‑messaging tools.
• Solid computer proficiency and familiarity with mobile applications and troubleshooting.
