Back Office Agent – Data Verification

About the role

We are looking for detail‑oriented Back Office Agents (Level 1) to join a 2‑month project focused on verifying AI‑generated output against source documents. The role involves quick, accuracy‑driven checks to ensure data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑extracted text and visual outputs to confirm correct labeling and categorization.
• Perform swift verification checks to ensure AI output matches the source document.
• Flag discrepancies, misalignments, or low‑confidence results for senior review.
• Maintain high volume throughput while preserving strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• Exceptional visual acuity and precision when comparing data sets.
• Comfortable using web‑based tools, annotation platforms, and simple spreadsheets.
• Ability to stay focused and maintain speed during repetitive tasks.
• Basic written English skills for clear flagging of edge cases.
• Prior experience in data entry, document review, or back‑office processing is a plus, but entry‑level candidates are welcome.
