B2B Sales Representative – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

Phase V Fulfillment is looking for a Business‑to‑Business (B2B) Sales Representative focused on the LATAM market. The role is fully remote and involves developing relationships with companies that need warehousing and fulfillment solutions, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage prospective business clients through outbound outreach and follow‑up activities.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and business objectives.
• Present tailored fulfillment and warehousing solutions to each client.
• Build long‑term relationships and maintain regular follow‑up throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Achieve established sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or a related role.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication, prospecting, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with warehousing, logistics, supply chain or fulfillment services is a plus.
