B2B Marketing & Event Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive B2B Marketing & Event Manager to own and scale our marketing engine. This full‑time remote position supports our digital channels and in‑person trade shows, working primarily during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end logistics for 6+ national trade shows per year, including registrations, booth graphics, collateral, sponsorships and team schedules.
• Design and execute pre‑show teaser campaigns (social and email) and post‑show lead upload, segmented follow‑up sequences, and ROI tracking.
• Provide real‑time virtual support during live events, handling daily social posts, rapid lead entry into the CRM, and recap summaries.
• Maintain a rolling 30‑60 day content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, creating and scheduling B2B content following brand guidelines.
• Build, segment and send email campaigns and automated nurture sequences, monitoring open rates, CTR and conversions.
• Draft press releases, manage backlink outreach, and coordinate with SEO, web conversion and outbound sales specialists.
• Produce weekly performance dashboards tracking reach, engagement, event ROI and pipeline generated.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in home services, technical services or outsourcing.
• Proven track record managing trade show logistics and event marketing from planning to post‑event lead distribution.
• Native or near‑native C2 English (written and spoken).
• Strong adherence to approval workflows and process governance.
