Auxiliar de operaciones

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the daily functioning of the operations area at GermanTec Nic in Managua. The role ensures processes are executed in an orderly and efficient manner, providing administrative and coordination support to internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Record and update information in internal systems, including SAP Business One.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and follow up on orders, incidents, and client requirements.
• Prepare basic activity reports and review operational documentation.
• Control inventory and materials related to operations.
• Assist in maintaining organized and efficient daily processes.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset to review data, detect issues and suggest simple improvements.
• Strong communication skills for internal coordination and client interaction.
• Basic knowledge of operations management and customer service.
• Graduate or advanced student in Industrial Engineering.
• Detail‑oriented, team player with ability to work under supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP Business One (preferred).

What we offer

• Full‑time onsite position (Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm, Saturday 8 am‑12 pm).
• Temporary contract based on company needs.
