Auxiliar de Distribución – Nicaragua

About the role

The Distribution Assistant is responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching customer orders in Managua and for external zones, ensuring that delivery standards for time and quality are met.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the physical condition of orders against pick lists before dispatch.
• Store orders in the appropriate area according to dispatch zones.
• Prepare and issue dispatch documents and optimal route sheets.
• Assign deliveries to drivers or motorbike couriers based on parcel volume.
• Communicate delivery priorities and time windows to drivers.
• Prepare parcels for external zones, enter shipment data into the external shipping platform, and generate delivery guides.
• Handle returns, inspect returned items, store them in the designated area, and report daily return activity.
• Maintain compliance with occupational safety, good storage and distribution practices, and pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Follow the company’s code of conduct, internal regulations and any additional assignments from management.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and routes.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and handle physical goods.
• Basic computer literacy for using shipping platforms and generating documents.

Required skills

• Basic computer usage (data entry, document generation).
• Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse management concepts.
