About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Risk Assurance & Compliance team in Managua. You will help clients design and implement analytics and technology solutions that detect, monitor and predict risk, ensuring that decisions are based on accurate and trustworthy information.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in establishing effective controls, processes and structures to manage risk.
• Analyze data responsibly and provide insights that support compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards, COSO framework and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Communicate findings clearly in written reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in accounting, business processes or related areas.
• Strong understanding of the COSO internal control framework.
• Familiarity with anti‑money‑laundering (LA/FT/FP) laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using Google Workspace applications.
