Auditor de Control de Calidad y Procesos

About the role

The company is seeking a Quality and Process Control Auditor to ensure that finished garments meet internal and client standards, preventing the export of non‑conforming products. This position works within the Quality Assurance department and reports to the Quality Control Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that manufactured products comply with established standards and methods.
• Audit finished goods and surplus inventory, including packaging, visual appearance, and measurements.
• Identify, retain, and isolate non‑conforming items to avoid their export.
• Conduct 100% audit of assigned production lines.
• Perform visual inspections and apply correct measurement procedures.
• Execute quality procedures and criteria accurately.
• Provide quality data ensuring integrity of appearance, measurement, packaging, and rejected lot records.
• Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (CAM‑HSN‑001).
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of arithmetic operations.

Required skills

• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations related to measurements.
• Proficiency in visual inspection and measurement techniques.
• Understanding of packaging audit processes.
