Associate Media Director, Programmatic

About the role

The Associate Media Director, Programmatic will own the strategy, planning, execution, analysis and reporting for major multi‑channel paid media accounts. Reporting to the Media Director, you will act as the primary client‑facing expert, guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders toward measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management and strategic oversight of designated paid media accounts.
• Meet pacing and KPI requirements while continuously improving performance.
• Develop and deploy paid media strategies across multiple channels, including programmatic, CTV, and display.
• Lead internal teams to execute campaigns that drive client revenue growth.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert in internal meetings, client presentations, and new‑business pitches.
• Collaborate with the Media Director on strategic development, planning and team management.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing communication skills.
• Proven experience leading teams in a remote environment.
• Ability to recommend, defend and iterate on media strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Availability to work US time‑zone hours on a fully remote basis.
