Associate Media Director

About the role

Power Digital is seeking an Associate Media Director to lead performance, strategy, and growth for multi‑channel paid media clients. Reporting to the Group Media Director, you will own the full media lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution, analysis, and reporting—while guiding a team and maintaining direct client communication.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management and strategic oversight of assigned paid media accounts.
• Meet pacing and KPI targets, continuously raising performance expectations.
• Develop, roadmap, and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels.
• Lead internal, client, and pitch meetings as the subject‑matter expert.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and technology teams to drive business growth for clients.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations and defend strategic decisions to clients.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience developing and deploying paid media strategies across multiple channels.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated leadership of internal teams and project ownership.
