About the role

The Senior Sales Advisor will work in a retail environment, assisting customers by identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate products and services. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with store customers, understand their needs, and propose suitable financial solutions.
• Provide commercial advice, manage credit requests, and close sales.
• Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting abilities to diagnose client needs and recommend solutions.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on building trust and loyalty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining financial products clearly.
• Preferred experience in selling financial products or services and meeting commercial objectives.
• Educational background in administration, finance, marketing or related fields is valued.
