Asesor de Ventas de Productos Eléctricos e Industriales

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to promote and sell electrical and industrial products across Nicaragua. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting technical and commercial benefits, and guiding customers in selecting appropriate equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial electrical market.
• Present and demonstrate technical and commercial advantages of products and services.
• Prepare customized technical‑commercial quotations and proposals.
• Advise customers on selection and application of industrial electrical equipment.
• Track sales negotiations through to closure.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper implementation and operation of sold equipment.
• Conduct technical sales for electrical projects, including cold calling and prospecting.
• Sell real‑estate projects and raw materials for industrial processes.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up on industrial electrical project sales.

Required profile

• Technical or professional degree related to Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, or a commercial field with a technical focus.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales of industrial electrical products, equipment, or related services.
• Knowledge of the industrial electrical market in Nicaragua.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on results.
• Willingness to travel within the country as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
