Asesor Comercial SAP Business One

About the role

FCS is looking for a proactive Commercial Advisor to generate new business opportunities and close sales of SAP Business One and the company’s integrated software solutions. The role involves prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customers in the company CRM.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and present performance analysis to commercial management.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead‑generation tools.
• Develop and execute prospecting strategies targeting key decision‑makers.
• Present and demonstrate SAP Business One and integrated solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare detailed commercial proposals, including ROI analysis.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, close sales, and ensure contract signing.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and implementation process.
• Collect client feedback and collaborate with development teams for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing, implementation, and technical support teams to align sales activities with customer expectations.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in technology or B2B software.
• Strong affinity for technology and ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Result‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of the Nicaraguan market and local business environment.
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of building solid interpersonal relationships.
