About the role

The Academic Advisor will act as the strategic link between Tecnikids Nicaragua’s academic and technical operations, ensuring the successful implementation of the STEAM and Maker educational model in partner schools. This role supports teachers and institutions to deliver high‑quality, purpose‑driven learning experiences aligned with the brand’s transformation philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose needs and provide ongoing pedagogical support to educational centers.
• Design, deliver, and supervise training sessions for teachers on STEAM and Maker methodologies.
• Coordinate STEAM events, projects, and workshops across partner schools.
• Promote best pedagogical practices and monitor their implementation.
• Strengthen institutional relationships and act as the main point of contact for Tecnikids programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychopedagogy or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in pedagogical support, teacher training, or academic leadership.
• Hands‑on classroom experience and deep knowledge of the Nicaraguan education system.
• Strong understanding of STEAM approaches and active learning methodologies.
• Proactive, service‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
