Architect – Revit & Construction Documentation

About the role

We are looking for a professional Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of detailed construction documentation. The role involves creating high‑quality drawings, 3D renderings, and maintaining accurate models while ensuring compliance with building and zoning codes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings (sections, elevations, wall typologies) for Department of Buildings approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create 3D renderings using Lumion (or alternative software) to visualize design concepts.
• Develop schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain Revit files with precision, adhering to architectural and construction standards.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly convey design intent.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables, ensuring timely updates.

Required profile

• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Verified engineering or architectural background with hands‑on experience.
• Ability to self‑organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
• Professional attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.
