Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Our client is building a centralized revenue operations team to support lead generation across multiple businesses. They are looking for two motivated individuals to drive outbound outreach, engage qualified prospects, and schedule appointments for company leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Contact qualified prospects via phone calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn.
• Initiate credible business conversations and identify potential client needs.
• Qualify prospects against a basic fit for the client’s services.
• Schedule appointments for senior decision‑makers.
• Research companies and decision‑makers, maintaining accurate prospect lists organized by campaign.
• Prepare prospect information for outreach and document call outcomes.

Required profile

• Confident, articulate, and curious with a natural conversational style.
• Comfortable speaking with founders, owners, or executives and handling rejection.
• Strong listener who can identify client needs and recognize patterns.
• Detail‑oriented, methodical, accountable, and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proven experience in outbound B2B appointment setting.
• Strong spoken English, easy for business owners to understand.
• Experience documenting calls, managing follow‑up, and consistently booking qualified leads.
• Experience in B2B prospect research, list building, and decision‑maker identification.
• Contact data verification and ability to support multiple campaigns without mixing data.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheets.
