Analista de Liquidación de Ruta – Finanzas

About the role

The Route Liquidation Analyst supports the finance team by processing daily billing operations for route agents. This position ensures accurate recording of sales, returns, bank deposits, and inventory movements, while maintaining up‑to‑date documentation for accounting and audit purposes.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily sales, returns, bank deposits and inventory movements for route agents using established business tools.
• Prepare and control liquidation documents, including invoices, credit notes, deposits and commission calculations.
• Enter route agents' attendance, route order, driver and assistant details into the system and track responsibility for each liquidation.
• Collect, organize and archive supporting documents such as manifests, invoices and inventory reports for fiscal, legal and audit compliance.
• Monitor and follow up on any issues arising during the liquidation process to ensure traceability and timely resolution.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting technician or related degree.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel.
