About the role

The Data Analyst will contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of credit scoring models through advanced data analysis. Working within an agile squad, the analyst will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to support risk‑related decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine credit scoring models using advanced analytical techniques.
• Extract, manipulate, and visualize data to provide actionable insights for the squad.
• Empower stakeholders by delivering clear, data‑driven recommendations.
• Design advanced analytical solutions together with business stakeholders and product teams.
• Conduct algorithm stress tests from a business logic perspective and develop business cases.
• Support model result analysis and verification, working with data scientists to improve model accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience in data analysis and credit risk modeling.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile squad environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills to convey analytical findings.
