AI Platform Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As an AI Platform Engineer you will design, build, and operate an internal developer platform that enables teams to create, deploy, and manage generative‑AI services. The role focuses on delivering self‑service capabilities that hide infrastructure complexity and standardise access to large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an internal developer platform for generative AI enablement.
• Create golden paths and reusable blueprints that streamline AI‑powered service delivery.
• Develop self‑service features that abstract AI infrastructure and simplify provisioning.
• Standardise LLM access, monitoring, and governance across the organisation.
• Build low‑code Gemini/Claude front‑end components to empower non‑technical users.
• Manage platform infrastructure as code with a product‑first mindset.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Deep understanding of platform engineering concepts such as golden paths and blueprints.
• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• Product mindset focused on developer enablement rather than traditional SRE.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
