Admin/Sales Virtual Assistant for Cleaning Services

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Admin/Sales Virtual Assistant to support a growing residential and commercial cleaning company. This phone‑first, part‑time position involves handling inbound leads, scheduling cleaning appointments, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer service.
• Manage scheduling requests, coordinate cleaners, and communicate any delays.
• Respond to new leads within 5 minutes via phone and SMS, qualify them using scripts, and enter data into the booking system.
• Generate cleaning estimates with a pricing calculator and schedule appointments or walkthroughs.
• Follow up on open quotes within 48 hours and encourage one‑time customers to adopt recurring plans.
• Re‑engage inactive recurring customers and request Google reviews after service completion.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking, scheduling records, and submit a concise end‑of‑day report.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication with a confident phone presence.
• Previous experience in customer service, inbound sales, or appointment scheduling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

What we offer

• Part‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10 AM‑2 PM ET.
• Hourly rate of $7.00.
