Account Growth Specialist (Remote LATAM)

About the role

This Sales Support position supports revenue growth by finding opportunities in existing and inactive customer accounts, strengthening customer relationships and improving the quality of the CRM database. It focuses on proactive customer outreach, account development and close collaboration with the sales team to increase business volume. The role is 100% remote in LATAM, paid $1,300 per month plus a bonus depending on experience and English proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify inactive and underperforming accounts and reactivate them through phone and email outreach
• Develop strategies with the sales team to increase account activity, service use and revenue
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up
• Expand business within current accounts by proposing additional services or solutions
• Carry out consistent outbound sales activity and follow up on opportunities, proposals and inquiries
• Partner with the sales team on retention, reactivation and growth strategies, and help build relationships with key contacts
• Monitor customer activity and purchasing patterns for opportunities or risks
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities and follow-ups in the CRM (ACT!) and keep the database clean and segmented
• Support sales and marketing campaigns, share account updates and help with customer retention

Required profile

• Previous sales, inside sales, account management, business development or customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to develop existing accounts and make proactive outbound calls
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, hospital services, professional services, staffing or consulting, and with hospital groups or complex accounts

Required skills

• CRM experience; ACT! CRM preferred but not required
• Experience contacting customers by phone, email and face-to-face
• Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivated and able to work independently
