Account Director – Conversion Rate Optimization

About the role

Power Digital is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead its Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) service offering. You will manage a portfolio of clients, guide strategic CRO initiatives, and mentor a multidisciplinary pod of designers, developers, and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRO strategies that drive measurable revenue and brand growth for client accounts.
• Lead and coach a pod of UI/UX designers, developers, and account managers, ensuring cohesive collaboration and high‑performance delivery.
• Analyze client data, run experiments, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating results, advising on optimization tactics, and aligning CRO efforts with broader business objectives.
• Identify strategic opportunities, assess risks, and influence the organization’s growth trajectory through data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience leading CRO projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive experimentation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentorship of cross‑functional teams.
