Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Own the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, SOPs, documentation, and coordinate internal projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a leadership or customer‑service role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• At least one previous role held for 2+ years.
• Proactive attitude and comfortable working independently.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with raises every 6 months.
