Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

Viva is looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. This full‑time remote position can be performed from any location in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, or Nicaragua.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total with regular raises every six months.
