Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Appraisal

About the role

Our client, a real‑estate appraisal business, is seeking a remote Virtual Assistant to support daily communications with property managers. You will gather unit‑specific information, manage follow‑up calls and emails, and ensure timely updates for appraisal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contact property managers to obtain detailed unit information.
• Make outbound calls, conduct follow‑ups, and record outcomes.
• Draft and send professional emails to property managers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of communications in the Domicile system.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C2 level, able to communicate professionally with clients.
• Proactive, efficient, and intuitive thinker with strong organizational habits.
• Comfortable working independently within a fixed schedule (Mon‑Fri, 09:00‑11:00 ET).

Required skills

• Experience using email platforms for business communication.
• Familiarity with the Domicile software for tracking interactions.
