About the role

The Logistics Supervisor ensures an efficient logistics operation that guarantees timely product supply, optimizes resources, and supports business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive logistics strategy to ensure availability, service quality, and productivity.
• Manage the end‑to‑end supply chain from demand planning through distribution.
• Lead transportation, inventory, and distribution processes while maximizing efficiency and resource use.
• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics operators to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.
• Supervise teams, promote safety, enforce internal policies, and achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics supervision within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management.
• Category 3 driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
