Logistics Coordinator – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

A Logistics Coordinator will manage shipment processes, coordinate transportation activities, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The role supports supply‑chain operations by maintaining communication with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to achieve efficient logistics execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and transportation activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate with carriers, freight providers, vendors, and clients to provide shipment updates and proactively resolve delays.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and tracking reports.
• Monitor shipment status from dispatch through final delivery, confirming receipt and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to confirm stock availability and dispatch readiness.
• Track freight costs and assist in reviewing logistics expenses to support cost‑control efforts.
• Maintain organized logistics records and update internal systems with accurate shipment data.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or transportation roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
