Structural Designer – Revit & AutoCAD Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Structural Designer to produce engineering calculations, layouts, and construction drawings for a variety of building projects. The role focuses on wood framing and reinforced concrete systems, using Revit and AutoCAD to deliver detailed structural documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations for gravity, lateral, foundation, and retaining systems.
• Design wood‑frame assemblies (shear walls, joists, beams) and reinforced concrete elements (foundations, slabs, columns).
• Develop detailed structural plans, sections, and framing details using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate designs with architects, engineers, and project leads to ensure constructability.
• Ensure compliance with building codes such as IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, and NDS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 2–5+ years of structural design experience with wood and concrete.
• EIT certification preferred; SE/PE track a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and self‑organize.
• Analytical mindset for identifying risks and process improvements.
• Professional attitude and reliability in following through on tasks.
