Residential Construction Estimator (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Estimator to work remotely from LATAM. The role focuses on estimating U.S. residential remodeling projects without traditional blueprints, using photos, videos, field notes, measurements and project descriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze visual and written project information to develop accurate scopes of work.
• Calculate material quantities, labor requirements and overall cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost breakdowns for full home remodels, kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, garage conversions, basements, roofing, siding, flooring, drywall, painting and finishes.
• Communicate estimates and assumptions clearly to U.S.-based teams and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven estimating experience on U.S. residential construction projects.
• Strong background in residential remodeling and renovation.
• Ability to create estimates without blueprints, relying on photos, videos, field notes and measurements.
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
