Store Support Representative

About the role

The Store Support Representative at Opticall BPO provides essential assistance to multiple internal departments through online, voice, and email channels. This role helps maintain smooth store operations, mitigates operational risks, and supports both corporate and franchise locations.

Key responsibilities

• Process partial and full refunds for customers.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
• Create and maintain login credentials for new hires and existing staff.
• Update store hierarchy information as needed.
• Manage ticketing system creation, tracking, and follow‑up.
• Provide support for retail and online orders.
• Support corporate and franchise locations with day‑to‑day inquiries.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Operations based on business needs.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Fluent Spanish proficiency (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer support or back‑office roles.
• Familiarity with computer systems and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and sense of urgency.
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule availability.
