Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote position you will build relationships, present solutions and close deals while exceeding monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and follow‑up calls.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts when applicable.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, Account Executive or similar role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or comparable lead‑generation tools.
