Sales Consultant – Creole (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Consultant fluent in Creole and English to support our US‑based law firm’s translation services. The role is fully remote and involves both inbound and outbound client interactions, helping legal professionals and their clients navigate translation needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential and existing clients and provide information about translation services.
• Initiate outbound calls to prospects to discuss their translation requirements.
• Deliver accurate verbal and written translations of legal documents and communications.
• Update clients on case progress, timelines, and any changes related to translation work.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments.
• Maintain detailed client records, including case details and translated documents, in the CRM system.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and address client questions promptly.

Required profile

• Fluency in Creole and English, both spoken and written.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or translation.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or data‑management tool.
• Proven ability to translate legal or professional content with precision.
